Personal treks created in WEB app online not syncing to IOS and PC app

Has anyone had the following issue and if so how was it resolved,
I have created some personal
treks on my PC - using the online/web app which utilizes the 2024 map set. These are clearly visible and exist online.
Despite this they are NOT syncing to either my iPhone / iPad or PC Traveller apps.
I have ensured i am logged in to the apps, updated details and tried syncing manually. Nothing seems to bring them across.
The only thing that is different appears to be that my devices all run the 2023 map set. Could it be that a trek created in 2024 maps cannot sync to devices running 2023 version?
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Do you have the
Treks tab enabled in the map layers filter on your devices?

Yes,
Treks is visible in layers.
I can also see
Treks in the Search function - unfortunately just not the ones i created via the Web app.
