Just want to go on record and say I fully support the modest increase in annual
membership fee.
The
membership offers extremely good value for all that it offers, and as the community increases so do overhead costs.
I'm sure none of use expect Michelle and David to wear this increase indefinitely, so am happy with new cost of $49.95.

Would have been nice to have extended the chance at a LIFETIME
membership instead of IMMEDIATE change? :-)

As a non member i was thinking of just going Lifetime member, but i can't any more, and to even be a yearly member only now i probably want as
well . And i kept my Traveller App up to date with the latest map set for the last 6 years.

You probably didn’t get the email as you’re a life time member.
The cost of annual
membership has returned to $49.95, which as I say is good value for money.

No problems with the adjustment to fees. Still worth every cent but I would have liked a grace period of say a couple of weeks to apply for life
membership.
I think you have missed an opportunity to attract long term members

Thank you for your support. However, to clarify—Lifetime
Membership doesn’t provide recurring revenue, so it doesn’t help cover our ongoing operating costs. As highlighted in the newsletter, that why these changes are necessary.

Thank you for your support, Phillip. Just to clarify—The only change is that we no longer offer a renewal discount or a discounted rate for Traveller app users. Some members were already paying the full $49.95, as that’s the standard price required for access to the Traveller web app and the Tracker app (if they didn't want the Traveller app). The
Membership price itself hasn’t changed—only the discounts have been removed.
