If you look under members or membership it should give you what membership provides you. There are some recent changes which I'm not across.

Regarding maps, I believe you need to buy the EO Traveller software, then buy the maps which you can download your phone/tablet. They are both about $50, so arou$100 total to use them off-line.
You can use the maps free on line i believe (EO Topo).
Hopefully someone from EO will reply in the next couple of days.

This is a one-time purchase that includes all ExplorOz content, a low-resolution offline map of Australia, and access to three whole-of-Australia online map sources – including the latest EOTopo 2025. The app purchase includes lifetime updates to the software and content, and allows unlimited downloads to all your devices on the same operating system.

Online Maps
The EOTopo map used online is updated annually and always available free.

Offline High-Resolution Maps (EOTopo)
To download the full-resolution EOTopo mapset with full zoom capability, a separate map license is required. A new license is released each year to give you access to the latest edition, but each license remains valid for up to 4 years. When a new edition is released, it’s your choice whether to keep using your current edition or upgrade by purchasing the latest license.

You can choose to buy just the app, or add the EOTopo map license and membership as extras.
