Hi Everyone. i am quite new to Exploroz and find it quite frustrating. I am trying to creating a route to save( Trek as such). When i search a destination or town it doesn't find the town to then click on the green icon to start naviagtion. It takes me to the town or asks me to create a new place but doesn't allow me to navigate between locations. It doesn't even find well known property stays. I did create one a few weeks ago and did it fine so not sure what is happening now. I have read the help guides but the icon to track between isn't showing up.

That's very strange as all towns are loaded as Places thereby they should automatically appear in your search (requires correct spelling). Yes you need to use a Place (either existing or create a new one) for making nav routes.
Since you indicate your search isn't returning a Place result and falling back to address search, just check the Data Manager to see if you've downloaded the Places database (content download). If you continue to have problems, please reach out to me via the official support system - ie. the Help Desk (you can find the link to the support Help Desk from the following areas;

1. from the Traveller webpage https://www.exploroz.com/traveller
2. from the About webpage on the exploroz website https://www.exploroz.com/aboutus
3. from the footer (black panel) at the bottom of every page of the ExplorOz (this) website
4. from the About screen in the Traveller app - in the Support section which links back to the website about page.

In all cases, your message will reach me directly. We use the Help Desk system because it's the most effective way to manage customer enquiries. It keeps all correspondence with each customer in one place, making it easy to track and refer back to ongoing discussions. This helps us respond more efficiently — especially when conversations span over days or weeks.

It also allows us to handle queries in the order they're received, which is the fairest approach. Additionally, both David and I can collaborate by tagging each other as needed to resolve issues more effectively.

Most importantly, using the Help Desk protects us from the overwhelming volume of spam we received when we previously published a public email address. This system is now our only practical solution for maintaining clear, secure, and organised email-based communication. We also gladly take phone calls - you'll find our number listed on the website About page.
