"Until fur­ther notice, vehi­cles (4WD only) can only access Munga-Thirri – Simp­son Desert Nation­al Park via Purni Bore. No exit via QAA, Madi­gan or War­bur­ton Tracks. Car­ry suf­fi­cient fuel to get back to Mt. Dare. Over 350mm Rain has fall­en near Poep­pels Cor­ner. Do not enter flood­ed or wet areas."

Yes bypass is apparently open to 4wd high clearance but Kuddaree (camps 20, 21, 22) is still flooded. Access to bypass from the west is from camp 19 south for about 45k East into Engine Well and onto Ruwalts where the Eyre Creek bypass is and then south to the QAA line.

We are organically accredited through ACO 13868. To become organically accredited we cannot use any chemicals, herbicides, pesticides or hormone growth promotents. Vehicles, people and equipment can carry weed seeds, pests and diseases. So please take only photographs and leave only tracks/footprints.
