Fridge/Freezer

We have used a 60L Trailblazer for the past 3 - 4 years. It has never missed a beat, and seems to draw less from the battery than the Engel companion travellers have used. Staff at Trailblazer have also been very helpful when we had queries before our purchase. We run a 100 amp hr dual battery - and have found that this is sufficient to run the Trailblazer for approx 3 days in the outback(as a fridge only) without needing to start the vehicle. Also works well as an extra beer/bar fridge at home!!!

I have a 70litre Trailblazer that would be about 10years old. The only problem I've had was of my own making.Their after sales service is excellent once you make contact with them. A Fax to them will generate a reply in a very short time. The only problem with them (the fridge) is the weight but that is probably why they are so strong. I also get about 3 days life out of the deep cycle battery. We have been over some very rough country and the fridge just keeps going.

dont know about trailblaZer fridges but dont buy an EvaKool fridge freezer.
they refuse to repair them under warranty and always say its been missused as their product couldnt possibly have been faulty
