I am considering buying a new Pajero diesel (the current model Di-D0.
As this will be my first 4WD purchase, I am doing as much homework as I can.
The main use of the vehicle will not be off road, but it will be used to tow my boat (1.8 tonne), and we will also be touring a fair bit from next January so will be towing a Caravan (Windsor Statesman).
I understand that the Pajero has very good fuel economy, but all figures quoted are for JUST the vehicle.
Could anybody assist me with some first hand knowledge of the vehicle under load, eg., does the fuel usage increase by 25%, more, less ????
