With all this discussion about batteries it reminds me, all you need to know is who made the old Valiant Batteries and get one of them.

With the old valiants (VG etc) being the most australian car ever built (dunno if that includes lightburn zeta) I would bet it was a local manafacturer possibly from Tonsly park area

And remember all the space that used to be under the bonnet before ABS, computers etc, less heat longer battery life.
Great offroad vehicles too for the dirt, the newer cars you are frightened to go down a dumpy road.

yea alot of people think you need a 4by to go off the bitumen but certainly me (cm valiant) and my mates holdens, fords had no problems getting them down any track we could. Look what farmers drive - it wasnt 4bys it was australian built cars
