For those that have been hounding me for part three.....Bonz....it is now complete. These notes are from my 1994 journey around Australia, and part three relates to the drive from Broome to Perth.

I do hope that this post does not get deleted, as I am not advertising anything.

Enjoy

1994 Trip

Cheers

Glenn,

a classic. I'm tempted to return to Broome to check out the women.

Let's know when you finish the last leg.

Great stuff Glenn...... but please..........I have enough trouble controlling Andrew at the best of times.... now he will want to stay in broome for all the wrong reasons!!!!

Jen

PS Should try and convince Andrew to do an IT version of our trips....but if I did that...he would live on the computer more than he does now!!

Ahh Jen, no need to worry, the women there had nothing on you.

It would be easy for Andrew to do, it would just mean you would have to write/type as you drive along...then maybe you could set up the IT version and spend more time in the puter than Andrew...hahahaha.

Cheers and thanks

Hi iMusty,

Yes it was a long time ago...lol. I originally wrote everything down in a journal that is now showing its age, so I was urged to bring it into the IT generation and put in on my web site. Now my grandkids...in many years to come...will be able to see what I did "all those years ago".

Cheers

We did a similar trip in 1982. Then you could stand in the water at Monkey Mia while the dophins swam around your legs and rubbed up against you. Have a phot somewhere of me kissing a dolphin....or was it a mermaid lol

Around the same time in 1994 we did a solo north south Canning Stock Route.

In two weeks time we are off for 3 months filling in the bits we havent seen yet in WA

Its all good mate!

Hi Willem, I would say a mermaid....hahahahaha....I hate to think what Monkey Mia will be like when I take James there next year....probably have to view the feeding via a live internet link...hahahaha

Canning Stock route...mmmmm...I cant wait to tackle that one.

As far as your next trip goes...I am extremely jealous...hahahaha.

If you enjoy reading my notes as much as I enjoy reading yours, then I am very happy.

Cheers and safe travelling

Glenn,
Our paths may have crossed. My first Kimberley trip was in July 94. Alice to Darwin to GRR to Broome to Alice via Tanami.
