Has anybody seen a shower enclosure that hangs as opposed to a stand lone unit with a frame? I saw one in a 4x4 mag a few weeks ago but the mag was 3 years old. The company was Fleet camping supplies in
Melbourne, but they seem to be gone now. The shower was 1800mm high, open top and 900mm diameter, it folded up like one of those little play kiddies tent, grab either end nd twist to fold up. Thank you and best regards, Michael

Thanks Tuco that was exactly the kind of enclosure i was looking for.I have made a fold up stainless tube support to clip on the bullbar of my Patrol. It holds the enclosure upright and obviously close to my car type shower.Im looking for space saving and also dont really want to go to too much trouble to put something up with a frame after putting up a tent and taking care small kids at the end of the day. Thanks once again. Best regards, Michael.

Michael..I made my own a couple of years ago..use conduite for the top..about a metre square..tied ropes from each corner to join in the centre and used a pulley system to hang it from a tree..The sides were maid from a tarp 2 metres by 4 metres {would have been better 2 by 6] more room for the dunny..tied it to the conduite with cable ties at the top and 4 pegs at the bottom..If you want to get real fance you could sew a zipper in for the door..Quite cheap.....Regards Greg g

Hi Greg, Thanks for your time in reply, i thought about making something myself but it takes considerble time and its always bulkier than something you can buy. As i mentioned to Tuco, weight and space is getting to be premium in our trailer and i would prefer something that hangs rather than freestanding as i have made a 'hangmans' type arrangment for the front of my bullbar. We just fold out the stand, slide it into the bullbar, hopefully with the spring type enclosure, unfold it and hang it on, the shower is on the car next to it and we are set. We dont like to stay in one place for too long, travelling most days so the easier the better. Thanks again Greg.
