hi,i have a 95 rx turbo diesel,when i go to start it the relays cut out right away,then when it starts its real rough till you start driving,the glow plug light keeps flashing for about 3 mins we put in new plugs and changed the control unit,auto sparky up here has no idea what it could be.any help please would be great.

First thing I'd do is put a multi meter on the glow plug rack to see wether or not you are actually getting power to the plugs when you go to start it.Dosnt sound like it is.

Check all your earth points - ALL of them.
