Hi All

As most of you will be aware, The National Gathering is only 6 and a bit weeks away. I would like to try to firm up numbers to give Ruth and the organisers an accurate idea of how many to expect.

If you have posted to the link above and are no longer able to come, please remove your name from the list.

If you are intending to come and your name is not on the list, please add it. We can then do a rudimentary head count.

If you're still thinking about it, you'd better hurry up and get that annual/long service leave sorted out!!

Looking forward to meeting all of you.

Mike

Mike,
Can you tell me if non members are invited ?. I have been using the site for answers to a vehicle problem and with the help of many I feel the problem is solved. As a direct result of the willingness to help, shown from the members of this site I am seriously considering joining soon if this makes a difference to the decision makers.
Regards Trevor.

G'day Trevor,
No need to be a member to come to a gathering mate. There have been plenty of other "visitors" go to previous gatherings.
I hope you can make it as I'd like to see what MTQ have done to your rig.
Cheers
Roachie

thanks roachie, will do some serious sucking up to the missus and see if we can't fit the trip in. Is difficult time wise for me as I'm nearly always away for work, am just heading off again now for another 2weeks and 5000km after 4 days at home after my last 2week trip. Anyway I will get the missus to post a response as to whether we can make the trip, soon.
Regards Trevor.

G'day Mike,
Not sure whether you want us to advise you on this post as to how many people will be with us, but here goes..........

In my "group" there will be 3 vehicles at this stage. Ours will have 2 adults and our 3 boys. Our friends from Yass will be there too (Barb and Martin plus their 2 girls). Also we'll have 2 blokes in another Patrol (Member Gerk and another one of our 4x4 Club's members travelling with him; David).

Cheers

Roachie

Is there somewhere we can use for the traditional community fire.

Hi Mike

Hmmm... not too sure how many are staying through the next week. Maybe there'll be some left. Personally, we'll be just about to leave Lawn Hill by the next Saturday. Pity the times don't quite tie together.

Hope you have a great trip yourself.

Mike
