G'day all!
Leaving in two weeks for trek via
Oodnadatta, Finke etc to Uluru. Then on to Alice via Marini Loop, then back to Vic. via
Birdsville,
Innamincka etc. I need more info on exactly where LPG for my 4WD is available. Any tips on websites etc? There is plenty of info out there to tell me where I can get FUEL, but LPG is never specified separately! Help!

Try thisand also contact the likes of
Caltex, BP,Kleenheat, Esso who have booklets showing outlets for all fuels including LPG.

also have a look at www.justcruisin.bigpondhosting.com/ This is a website by a couple who did a lot of travelling with a Patrol towing a caravan on lpg. click on "the big one" and then "fuel prices". they've laid out all fuel stops in a tabular format and listed prices of lpg, diesel and lpg. Lpg isn't as scarce as we're ed to believe but they do say they'd go with diesel next time round. Especially for towing.
