O.k I now the question has been ask before but how do you up load your rig
pic, i've tryed a couple of times but no luck, how do i get my
pic down to 400 m pixel from my
pic gallery on the comp cheer's GREENDOG

Download the software there, it's called Easy Thumbnails and it is great. I use it for all photos on email etc,

If you got MS Photo Editor on your PC (I think it comes with some MS Office installs, which most seem to have). Save a copy first, then open the
pic in photo editor, and keep re-sizing and saving the sucker until it gets <50K. I had to do it to 16% for
mine.
