Has anyone in ExplorOzland fitted a Airflow Snorkel?? The fitting instructions are very vague. Its going onto a model 2000 rodeo v6. How and where does the flexible hose go? Is the air inlet at the filter box modified or cut to take the 'hose'. Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

Go back to where you bought it and ask for proper instructions. If they do not oblige, return the unit for a FULL REFUND, as it is not fit for the purpose for which it has been sold.

G'day mate. I haven't heard of that brand before. I looked for one when I first bought the Rodeo (V6) but was told that they weren't available. Opposite LOck told me they had one though but I can't remember the brand. Where did you buy it from? Sorry don't have a solution for you either.

Ive seen a mate put a hole in the wrong spot on his guard from the plans given to him... we measured it 4 times EACH! Paranoid or what...

Take it and get it fitted.. its worth the $50 to get done professionally...

This is the one thing that I can probably do quite easily. But the ramifications of getting it wrong freak me out. Be it bad/incorrect instructions or error.

I'm with Truckster on this. Get it fitted professionally.
