Hi all, I've noted the responses to a question last December about Megagrunt compressors. I'm wondering if these comments relate to the Double Pumper unit that boasts 85 lit/min performance (50 lit/min at 30 degrees), or have other folks had had experience with the Double Pumper? Thanks.
Rob.

Ok team, what's a megagrunt besides an oversize pig?
Do they have a web site?
Are they available in NSW? If so, where?

Geoff.

So if it's max is 85L/min and it drops to 50L/Min at 30degrees, hate to think how slow it would be when it heats up to an untouchable temperature in 38degree heat!!!??? Or am I missing something???? (quite possible)

I'm with you, I think I'll stick to my fan cooled 36L/pm continous duty cycle @ 60c ambient bluetounge...

Jeff, I've got a Blue Tongue myself, but I am sure there are as good units and probably at a better price than I paid 5 years ago. I'm just not sure that the megathingie is the best value for performance/endurance

Having said that, the 85L/Min even if only in 15 degree temperature would certainly be handy, and for the price...!

Yeah, maybe for some, not in WA though! LOL

I just wish these chinese made compressors would actually put realistic specs and not made up ones on their products, it would make it alot easier to compare when shopping around. 85L/m at 15 degrees might be ok, but if it drops to 5L/m at 20psi whats the point?
