Does it get cold at nights or can I get rid of all the worm cloths I have with me ?

Yes it gets cold and can drop dowen to zero even in the tropics.
Kununurra and
darwin would be around 20C at night. Usually cooler inland.
Food shopping at any large
supermarket. Coles/Woolworths/Foodland/Bi-Lo etc

depend when for another 2 months at least it remains oppressivly hot at night. I left Kalgoorlie end of april with warm weather and did the top end with weather remaining hot to very hot. End of may I drove to Alice and it was like driving straight from summer to winter 20c at night straight to -5.
