I need a new set of tyres for my 80 series cruiser, which is mostley a weekend car.
I can get the pro comp, x terrain 35x12.5x15 and the maxxis, creepy crawler 35x13.5x15 for the same price but not sure which way to go. Can you help?

I think the Creepy Crawler is definately a great looking Tyre and from all reports on other forums and sites it seems to be the tyre of choice for the weekender type of trucks.

Hope this helps, I'm sure either will be a good tyre but I just think the Creepy will out perform the X terrain....

Can you give us some more info about what type of terrain your likely to cover?

Cheers,

Cheers for your response longy, I do agree i think the creepy crawler will be better performer. The terrain i usually cover would have to 40% soft sand,30% mud,15% hard/gravel tracks,15% rock.

the claws could be a good option but the creepy's aren't directional and that'd be yet another advantage of getting them. Plus they're wider than the Claws.

Just myy opinion but stick with getting the Creepy's.

Cheers.
