Check the distance you intend to travel, then work out how much spare time you have. It won't be much

all depends on how many hours etc day you want to drive. We are going in via the corner and along the track to marla. just a idea as it has heaps to see and is nearly a quick if you need to make up time

Hi, We are going up from Port Pirie. we go up thru Roxby Downs , Bore field track to Oodnadatta Track then up to William Creek , heaps to see Bubbler& Blanches Cup ( Thermal Springs), Curdimurka. Coward springs , all close to the track, then to Oodna and then thru Hamilton Stn to Eringa , Abminga, New Crown and in the back way to Finke. best place to see all the action , overnite plenty going on, then we follow the rescue car thru to Alice on Monday night. You can go out to Kulgera if short of time. Good camping at William creek, Eringa Water Hole then Finke, this year we are going into Chambers Pillar to camp on the way. Have a good trip , Magic country . Cheers Des.
