With 11 days to go before we head off on our long awaited trip around Oz, I would like to thank everybody for all their input and for everything that i have learnt from this site. We will be away for a little over 3 months. Roughly we will be heading from Central Coast NSW to Port Augusta, Oodnadatta track, Coober Pedy and onto Ularu. Meerinie track to Alice, Katherine, Litchfield NP and Darwin. From there heading to Kakadu across to Kunnanurra, GRR incl Mitchell plateau, Broome down to80 Mile Beach. Heading into Pilbarra area and then back to coast and down to Perth via Denham etc. Them acroos Nullabor to Adelaide and home. Will be driving a Mazda Bravo 4X4 and have Exploroz stickers on vehicle and trailer. Would love to catch up for a beer and a chat with anybody else on the road. Will try and keep internet contact and have set up a blog site if anybody is interested.

Good luck on your travels, drop us a line when in the KNX area, we may not be in the position to travel to any local spots with you (I hope we are), but even comeing over for a couple of quiet ones in a normal houshold is a good experience in itself. Travelling with kids? we have a 3yo and a 1 yo. travelling with kids is great but harder work than anything I have ever been paid for!

Sounds like a great trip coming up. We too will be in some of the same areas, Pilbara, 80mile, Broome and GRR in late June till late Aug starting from Melb. Will keep a look out for you. We will be in a Kia Sportage.

I should also be across on the west coast around that time. Keep an eye out for an old bloke with a big aerial on the back in a white Landcruiser. He's actually a lot nicer than he looks :))))))))
