Hi Guys,
I am in the market for a new
camp fridge and have been looking at the new Engel 80 litre fridge/freezer however a
shop ownwr showed me the Fridge Mate by EvaKool and I was wondering does anyone own one or have any
feedback for me. Big price difference ($850) if they are OK.

I've had an EvaKool for nearly 6 years now and absolutely fine, Been up around the Kimberly's and other really hot
places. Use
mine as freezer only and it holds -15 no matter what the outside is like. 50 Degrees , and probably a lot hotter in the back of the truck. Runs 24hours /day. Never even been serviced. Just make sure you follow their instruction re rough roads(50mm foam under fridge.)

Hi Clarkie
I have sold quite a few of these new yellow Evakool Fridge Mate fridges.
They are great value for money and very tough. They are made from rotor moulded HDPE. Similar to the Waeco but much thicker.
Pop in at the show if you are in
Brisbane and have a chat. I am at stand 705.
Regards Derek.
