Propose to travel this road in a group during late June from east to west, crossing the CSR and then going on past Telfer to
Marble Bar.
Has anyone any up to date information about the condition of the road and fuel availability?
Similarly, anything about the access track that follows the Trans Australia Railway?

Gary Hwy not in bad condition 2 years ago , fuel at
well 33 , take spair fillter with you . Telfer
mine has reopened , so not sure if thay have closed the access road again . Be worth a phone call to find out .The road from Rawlina in , was like a 6 lane hwy about 4 years ago . Hope this helps . CHEERS.ERROL
