To Michelle at OZ,
HI hope you can help me by explaining why, when I try to download my "Rig Pics" it says that my photo is over the 50 limit.

I took a simple shot with a KodakDC210 and not knowing too much about this stuff, can't see why it is too large.

Hope you can assist....Graham

Email it to me and i will resize it for you............
voxson@bigpond.net.au

It just needs to be sized down a little...
They need to keep the pictures small because webspace is valuable... *i would say thats the reason anyway*.........

Cyber real estate is very very expensive when you realise that evey month ExplorOz transfers 35GB of data to the readers. Yes it is huge and at the data rates we are forced to pay - we need more members and advertisers. In fact as our rates of data transfer have increased by 400% in the last 6 months we are now faced with the issue of having to raise some of our fees and charges (sound like a bloody bank).

Sorry to say we will be increasing Membership and advertising costs on the 1st April (not an early joke either). For those of you that get in this week you will still be able to get Membership for $30 and then after next Tuesday it will be $50 first year and $30 renewal. We do not want to but at the current transfer rates and users levels we are finding that the only buggers who make any money are the ISP's.

Please keep the membership levels and shop purchases up and understand that the prices can come down if we get the members and advertisers to realise what a good medium ExplorOz presents to the industry. So keep telling those businesses to be here!Regards
