Seeing as though my Troopie has done over 665000 klm I am looking and planning ahead to decide what motor I should get , Just was wondering what your opinion is of this motor, would it do the job and have enough grunt get over Big Red in one go

I think it's more like you would not need to go over Big Red, just drive through it.

Doug T,
you might also need to consider extending the wheel base a couple of inches :-)

Oh and a bigger fuel tank.

I dunno, I thought 1,660 gallons per hour at it's most efficient setting was pretty good!

EPA, Grrenpeace and the rest would be after you when you do an oil change.
A backfire would spin the earth in the opposite direction.
What size battery?

"What size battery? "

Wrong question. They are an air start. It could start a whole new argument about compressor sizes

Didn't ya read it ya naughty boy ....lol

Ship owners like a single engine/single propeller design and the new generation of larger container ships needed a bigger engine to propel them.

Had a 'moo juice' too many have we Mr Minister for everything and anything.

I have it on good authority, from a reliable informant, that this engine is the one being R & D'd as the replacement for those Nissan 3.0lt hand grenades with the pin out.

PS

I take it that SWMBO has allowed you to talk to us real guys after the foot fracturing incident. Refresh my memory here - 5 fractures.

Have you taken remedial course 101 in Responsibility for those in your care custody and control at the Terang College for everything.

Hopefully this time you have absorbed some of the theory and hopefully practise taught in this subject.

Yes! Roachie - he is a veritable chit magnet.

Oh dear!!! What has happened to my mate Bonz?

Lucy, have you had him around at your place to help swap motors between your magic Nissan Bluebird and that lump of pig iron that used to reside in the front of the droopy? Is that why he has 5 fractures? Or is it somebody else who has the fractures? Your criptic comments leave me wondering...hmmmm ;-)

I am fine and/or dandy Mr Roach, what Sir Lucy wsas referring to was my son falling off his motorbike in JohnR & Moses' paddock and breaking 5 bones in his foot when the bike fell on it.

And Sir Lucy of the Droopy also found out some other choice stories about BonzAdventures that he is no doubt keeping in abeyance until needed to defray observance on the state of the Droopy and its Christmas tree warning lights.

FYI Paul is back on his two feet on tentative steps currently.

Proceedings have been commenced against landowner for failing to provide safe systems of work on said property.

Of course Lucy may not remember anything of that evening I do believe he redefined the term 'imbibe'....hahahahah

The landowner is ROFLHAO re your feeble threats of litigation as he has a dozen reliable witnesses to the said event who will - if necessary - testify as to the total no existence of eye, hand , brain etc co-ordination of the Terang BONZ's.

How you two turned a simple ride in flat - non obstacle paddock - into a major injury to the one in your care, custody, control and parental protection is just beyond belief.

Then a gain I suppose a dude who would abandon a brand new hammer in a creek bewd , a zillion miles from home, would be liable to do anything. (ROFLMA x 6)

How DOES your poor suffering SWMBO put up with the mental trauma you two constantly give her.

I would loved to been a fly on the 'pillow talking pillow' when those five fractures were diagnosed.

Roachie - if your Bonz is comming to town - pack up the wife and kids and decamp ASAP. Don't ever let him within 5 meters of the 'new baby' as it will never be the same again. (LOL)
