I have one of their off road trailers and I think they are a good solid no frills off road trailer. I have a canvas canopy which is good and practical, good zips. Orac coupling I think is one of the best on the market. The springs were a bit ard so I took 2 leaves out as they were a 9 pack.

I think they are pretty heavy, but solidly built. I looked at them when I was doing my searching.

I didn't like the layout, etc for my use but that's not going to affect you :)

I finished up with a Campomatic used one with hard floor.

Hi we had one for 5 and a bit years, very good, reliable, well built and capable of going into some very challenging areas. I note there are a couple of second hand units in the Trader section and from memory there's one here in the ACT for sale. The Orac coupling never gave an ounce of trouble and wasn't a problem hitching and unhitching regardless of angle of the hitch/receiver. The slide out draws are very good and allow great flexibility for storage. Regards Steven.

Hi,

I have the family deluxe camper and have been very happy with it. It is now 4 yo. I live in QLD and have called o'briens if I have any questions and they are happy to help, good family company.

The drawers at the back are very solid and stable but do make the trailer heavir than normal. I pull it using a mitsubishi pajero and have had no problems doing the cape and beach. We have the internal drawers too for clothes which are fantastic for travelling.

Overall great trailer. There are a couple for sale on the trader site plus I am about to put mine up there too (need to do some house reno's) so keep an eye out for second hand ones.

Good luck - great campers, do not hesitate to ask questions.

Lots of good reports of the O'Briens stuff.

They were a little to expensive for me , but they certainly looked the goods.

I think Moggs here , has one of their Offroad Trailers (not CT).
