I did a search for this one but could not find a previous post. Sorry if it is old news
I know how people love to save fuel on there vehicles so this may be the answer you are looking for.
Then again it could all be a croc too. I will let you decide.
From the website
"Dear Vehicle Owner,
I know how you feel about gas prices.I feel the same way.
That's why I decided to do something about it. That's what has driven my work, made me lock myself up in my workshop and, finally, made me come up with a solution.
So What Exactly Is Oxy Hydrogen?
It is a simple, smart and extremely efficient device.
The challenge that I was faced with was to separate the hydrogen from the water in an energy-efficient manner and then direct the gas to the vehicle's fuel system.
It took a lot of work, many trials and a few different prototypes to get to the optimum version. And THAT is the one I am presenting you with."

Sounds to good to be true to me 8-)

Good one sparkiepete, Few problems with the scenarios he has on his web site.
You still get carbon dioxide when hydrogen is burnt under pressure, IE in an engine’s combustion chamber.
Hydrogen, at present, is not cheaper to produce.
Hydrogen is much MUCH harder to transport safely that fossils derived fuels because hydrogen is a much finer substance and requires much better sealed devices than is normally available.
This is the good one “Hydrogen can help prevent the depletion of fossil fuels” RIGHT so what energy form is currently used to produce hydrogen, FOSSIL FUELS.
Only the last one is correct.
If anybody what’s to know about hydrogen and it’s uses, do a Google search of “Dr Roger Billings” then you will get some honest info.

What a load of old %/@P!
Just a variation on the old "petrol from water" dodge.
