A follow up on my post yesterday.

I rang the insurance company, I explained that I wasn't consulted in regards to the sale of there policy.

I asked if I could cancel it, The girl said yes I can, I then asked if there was a transaction fee and she said no.

There is a 14 day cooling off period, if I cancel it now I would get a full refund back to the finance company.

An email was sent with in minutes, they were also told of my disappointment in their agent.

Cheers Steve.

You have got to love the cooling off clause in all insurance policies.

Glad to see that you were able to get a full refund. How did you go with getting some dollars back for the Dealer Delivery Charges that they didn't do?
