NO you wont.

If it is a replacement tank, it will mount up to the chassis from underneath.
Also, if you stick your head under there you will see half the tank is under the actual cab.

Hi There, I fitted a 128 litre (LONGRANGER) LR Tank to my Hilux DC ln106 tray back.
I first let the fuel run down to nearly empty for the weekend. Then drained what fuel was left into a big container, I think I had about 15 litres left.
Unbolted the tank and all the hoses.
With a bit of struggling I managed to get the LR tank into position but found that I had to remove the rear tail-shaft for as the tank goes over it . I had some jack stands to hold it up into position because it was getting to heavy. Then found that the three rear bolts didn`t line up with the bracket so I bashed the rear bracket with a lump hammer, and redrilled some bolt holes so it would bloody fit. I had it in and out of position about 3 or 4 times before I got the boltholes to line up.
I Dont understand why it did`nt line up ? AND THEY ARE A VERY TIGHT FIT !

Now the fun bit starts trying to get the fuel filler and breather hoses connected.
You have to sort of connect them before the tank is all the way home into position.
I would imagine it would be easier with the tray removed, but can be done without.
Also before it all goes in I had to remove the original fuel sender gauge and bend it to suit the LR tank, Don`t allow the float to hit the bottom of the tank, you don`t want to run out of fuel when your gauge reads empty.Best to have 20 litres or so left when empty. I also had to bend the fuel pick up line to get closer to the bottom of the tank.

GOOD LUCK BROTHER.

I'll give it a go when tank is low
