Hello everyone,
Like Big Kev, "I'm excited" now, just had the last piece of the jigsaw fall into place yesterday that will allow me to get out there and finally do some serious travelling.
We are off like a bucket of prawns in the midday sun at the end of the month to points north and will just be able to follow our noses at our own pace for 3 months before having to be
home later in the year for family commitments, regather and take off again in early 08.
Now, I have to go off and start packing and will catch up with you all later.

Hey Cruiser
Reeeeeeeeeeeal envious this end.
I'm counting down sloooooowly for a 5 week trip starting the end of July.
Funny how as the departure date gets close the last few weeks make yo almost spin out with things to do etc. Can't wait.......
All the best for a safe and enjoyable trip.

Thanks to everyone for the words of wisdom and encouragement.
Its amazing when you start to think about those "extra" things you need to pack, how quickly the list grows and then you relise how many things you have to buy and then start to wonder if there will be any money left over for the trip.
Oh
well, just take some more money out of the kids inheritence. Buggar them.
Hopefully I will be able to get some internet access somewhere along the line from time to time and let everyone know how its going, but then again, I might be having to much of a good time to worry about it.
Only 26 days to go.
