$4000 for a signature, kiss my ass !
Some rigs arn't worth much more than that.
You would be beter off keeping the $4000 plus the $1000 for insurance and putting it towards a new one if writen off ect.

From a personal financial perspective this may be right but don't forget than if the accident was your fault (even only partly to blame) you will be personally liable for both personal and property third party damages. If you have nothing
well, you can't get blood out of a stone. But if you have a house, money, boat etc and a job it could cost you BIG time.
