It's about time for the Terracan to go. I need a ute for work, I'm sick of towing a trailer.
I'm considering the 4.0 V6 twin cab which will get converted to LPG. Bung the LPG tank in the back of the ute, also room for jerries, will give me huge range.
Any and all
feedback welcome. Also open to suggestions about other twin cabs.

Jim,
I think that Kev Qld has got a dual cab now. It might be worth asking him.:-))
This vehicle, is it just for work or a a 4WD touring vehicle?
Is a diesel out of the question or do you want petrol/gas?
As far as the range of dual cab ute goes these day's I don't think there is much between them. The only difference is some are more ugly than others.
I would go for a Navara over a Hilux because of the looks alone, and would not even think of a Triton.
This is from a bloke that drives a brick or is it a pressure cooker?

G'Day Jim,
Work has a Ford
Ranger extra cab, (if you don't need the extra seats).
Wonderful size for touring, can fit draws, fridges etc. behind front seats.
Also, if you get a tray, you can put a draw under the tray to carry recovery gear, etc.
Just got a Falcon tray through Eric, (
Rock Crawler), arranged for the gas and all, delivered it Friday night, good price, nice install on the gas.
Hope this helps
Rolande
