We have a jacyo swan outback that is only 12 months old the water push pump tap jams when trying to pump water.Has anyone else had trouble with these?

Simple fix, pull the top off the pump, you shouldn't need to take the whole thing out. Just grab the top firmly, give a good twist and tug, the handle and plunger should pop out.
On the end of the plunger is a washer. Rub a bit of vaseline around it and replace. You need to this every so often to keep it lubricated.

I found that any vegetable (based) oil is better than vaseline. No residual taste.
