Pure symantics
The UN is a hollow log just good for throwing on the fire. But a lot of lobbyists and professional clerks are employed there and this the American economy going somewhere.
A lot of the principles are working now within governments. It just depends on which slant they want it to happen to keep the
population happy.
Life is in an ever evolving pattern and what we are used to doing today might not be so kosher tomorrow.
Best we use up all our time with things which interest us because in 20 years time the whole demographic will have changed.
