Praise for a business

In line with praising good businesses I have nothing but good things to say about the treatment by Patricia from Kleenoil. Trying to source a bypass oil filter I phoned 4 different suppliers and the only one that returned my calls was Kleenoil. Got back to me fast with info and posted the unit quickly from the other side of the country.

Still haven't heard back from the other 3 after trying each company on 4 separate occasions!

Needless to say I bought the Kleenoil and will fit it soon.

Nice to see someone actually getting off their chuff eh Barnesy. I recently sent emails to 4 north Queensland caravan parks and did nor get a reply from any of them !

It must be good to be in a position that a company doesn't need any more customers. The service industry needs to change it's name to the ' when I'M ready' industry.

Perhaps a sign that says "if a reply is not received within 48 hours, ignore this email. As a potential customer I will do the same with your business."

The problem is that they don't read their email anyway!

It's good to get good servive when you want it, I'll name 3 bussinesses I do Internet buying with and the service is 2nd to none,,No1 Johnny Appleseed GPS , even down to a small item as an SD card came in the mail so quick I wondered what the package was untill I seen who it was from, not to mention the speed the that the Nuvi 760 arrived, No2 , ExPlorOz,no stuffing about there either, No3 Sanity , If they have the DVD in stock you have it in about 4 days,I'm putting GpsOz to the test now with a 2nd GPS .

Who were the 4 Caravan Parks, the tourist industry gets so many visitors to this part of Australia that if 100 are missed another 200 fills the gap.

Sorry Doug, can't remember now. One was in your area, you may remember I was looking to find a place to park my Troopy long term over the summer till I started another leg of my trip 'around the block' You recomended a vehicle storage place in Brisbane and they got back to me within 12 hours.

Sorry again Doug, you are right is was Cairns. I had a chat to them and they were very helpful. I am moving my vehicle up to Brisbane in May and got a bit mixed up, going to Nth QL in August.

I had a call from a customer last night to find out where his January order was. I checked this morning , and there it was , filed away with all the finished work.
Trouble is that my wife was helping me in Jan and didn't print a work order.So job done this morning and delivered before 9.30.

Yes Muzbry mistakes do get made. But I was very impressed with the service from Pat from Kleenoil. She even took the time to type a personalised letter specially just for me about my specific inquiry, not a mass produced "thank you for your inquiry" letter!

Thinking again it was 4 different suppliers who said everytime (4 times each) I called "yeh no worries we will get back to you", and still nothing.

Some time ago I asked here about some equipment from the "Ram Mount" range of gear. Suggested I contact a 'well known' supplier in the eastern states. Did that and got prices from a couple of them - eventually. Another suggestion was that I email "Expressmounts.com" in the USA. Got the price - 55% of the best Australian price including express air freight. So, I ordered from them on Thursday night CST at 11pm. Order was delivered to me in country SA at 8.15am Monday morning. Later also required a part from Melbourne. Ordered it and it was delivered three and a half weeks later to the same address on SA. Some businesses in Aust don't deserve our business.
