Reply I received from Platinum when I brought up with them, a while ago, about the poor video they have on their website
" Hello Terry , we are currently working on the website and I thank you
for comments as they all add to the information that we have that
enables us to build better products and a better website , we are trying
as we speak to have a professional film crew do this for us to get it
right , but the cost is horrendous . We should have better video on the
site within 3 weeks.

I suggested that it wasn't that the video had to be of a better quality just a better content - they could still use a
home handycam or mobile phone to capture the video JUST FILM THE UNIT WORKING!
