The Fridge Drop Slide

Only issue that seems to be associated with this product is a long delivery time.

I will certainly get one once i hear they are able to supply promptly

And their inability to provide a decent (emphasise "decent") video clip on their web-site of the slide in action.

I would consider one, but need to see how far it comes out (away from it's starting position), before it is dropped down....as I have a lip on the edge of my box/tray combo, that it has to get past before it starts to drop down.

Reply I received from Platinum when I brought up with them, a while ago, about the poor video they have on their website

" Hello Terry , we are currently working on the website and I thank you
for comments as they all add to the information that we have that
enables us to build better products and a better website , we are trying
as we speak to have a professional film crew do this for us to get it
right , but the cost is horrendous . We should have better video on the
site within 3 weeks.
Regards,

John Ainsworth.
National Sales Manager"

I suggested that it wasn't that the video had to be of a better quality just a better content - they could still use a home handycam or mobile phone to capture the video JUST FILM THE UNIT WORKING!

Fell on deaf ears

Looks like an example where market research failed to determine the market and/or poor supply lines or both.

Not a good lok

I was originally going to buy on last year but ahving seen the issues and now noting the $100 price increase - I will probably not bother and just continue to look inside as I do now

Great product poorly marketed/distributed

I always said that if someone could make one, they would sell thousands of them.

I was right... they are selling tons, but not supplying them.

Anyone got one and wanna jump ahead, send it to china, copy it, import a few 100 and sell them for same price..
Or even sell world wide on Ebay... would clean up, send this other tool (15 weeks?) back to bed.

Supply and demand.
