hi all, has anyone travelled along the road from
st george to
mitchell along the maranoa river Qld is it ok for caravan

Yes if your van can handle a dirt road its a fairly
well used bit of road.

We where on that stretch of dirt last February and our van "galaxy" did not took / liked corrugation and pot holes real
well but it may be OK now?????

Dirt road my ass, Derek ...you must have last travelled it a looonnnngggggggggggg time ago, It's sealed all the way.
3.7 Klm from the middle of the bridge to the T/O , all up it's 207 Klm to the
Warrego Hwy in the center of
Mitchell.

Mitchell Road thinking from memory not a map bud. I go out around there maybe 2-3 a mooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnttttttttttttttttthhhhhhhhhhhhhhh for work.

The road from St G the
Mitchell has been fully sealed for at least a few years.
The only time that there would be issues is if the Maranoa is in flood as some of the
river crossing would go under.
