Happy Mothers day to all the Mums out there.

I'm up early with the kids getting Sam's breaky in bed ready (what have we got ourselves into??).

I hope you all have a memorable day and have the chance to put your feet up.

Cheers Kev

Just done the same thing, kids 7 & 5 made her jam on toast and gave her all the little things they'd made at school. She ate the toast as well, even though the jam was about half an inch thick.
All good fun

Hi All

Our eldest son and family, had us over for Tea last night,as they have
a football match to go to today, he is the coach, we had a great meal
and then sat around a fire having a few drinks, and the grand children
roasted Marsh Mellows, lifes good.

Cheers

Being a stay at home dad at the moment. It’s been a good day thanks Guys.
I got kicked out of bed at 6.30am cause the 9,7,6 year old wanted to share the things that had made at school with mum. So I went and got the Sunday paper and went next door and had coffee with the retired folk and flapped our chops about what crap there in the paper today.
Got home to find that a trip to the mother-in-law’s is on the cards. Just a lazy 320k trip up and down the Pacific h/way to Suffolk Park. Must admit the traffic was not heavy and flowed pretty well.
Got home, had a few beers while watching St George go down again, had dinner made for me, another beer and the kids are just about to go to bed. Now come quiet time. ;-) Hmmm
All in all it’s been a pretty good mothers day.
Could get use to this.
