Not too long ago I bought a low water alarm via an advert on here.
All was fine for a few months, then a minor hiccup with it which I could not solve.
I sent an email about 11.00 pm one night explaining the problem, and by 7.00 am there was a reply, finishing up with the problem solved.
Great service from David at Enginesaver alarms, thankyou!

Now, if only you'd known you were going to get such a positive response next morning, bet you would have slept better.
Well done! (Or maybe you have adopted a rule like I have. No negative thoughts are allowed to follow me into the bedroom/tent/camper. They all stay outside with the muddy boots etc..Sadly, some folks allow things to get out of control in the cranium)

I second that about Dave and his alarms. Mine went wrong after I changed the top hose and I posted a query on another website as to what might have gone wrong, Dave emailed me to say he'd send a replacement asap.
Now that is top service and I'm happy to say so.
