best <span class="highlight">vacuum</span> cleaner?

Dear All,

I'm looking for a compact, efficient 12 V vacuum cleaner for the camper so that we can get all those lovely leaves, sand and camping dust cleaned away before we repack the van to move on.

What works for you?

Hi ZJ
I use the ryobi one plus 18v system vacuum and use the same battery for the drill and torch
The vacuum works really well and the battery lasts for ages
Had a rock thrown through the passengers window at Derby this year and it cleaned up all the broken glass that was scattered through the car on one charge
and there are heaps of other tools in the system

Best Vacuum cleaner!!!!. My missus goes through one a year on

Household duties, Would hate to recommend a brand! .....LOL.

There"s one out there to do the job your asking about i'm sure.

I mean like when you are on the road and the van needs a clean out and the hand-broom just won't do it.

I hate housey jobs, but they do seem easier when you are out in the bush with the trees and the birds. I get the best views went doing the dishes - it can take ages :-)
