I recently asked some questions about these fridges on he
forum. Here's another. Can anyone tell if there is a distributor for these fridges in
Perth so I can inspect one. Have also contacted Norcoast and waiting for a reply.
Thanks
Dougie

Hi Dougie,
I could be wrong but I think they only deal straight from their factory in Caloundra. Haven't heard too many bad things about this fridge - in fact haven't heard any.
Regards,
Squid.

Hey Squid,
Wonder if your name relates to marine life only Hmmmm.....?
Sorry. What I wanted to know is where they are situated in Caloundra? and do they have a website? Looking for refrigeration at the moment.
Any help would be advised as I visit the north coast semi regularly.

Charlie
Web site for fridges is
http://www.norcoast.com.au/.
Have had one of their 70l permanently fitted in vehicle for the past 4 years. Used instead of esky for shopping purposes when not being used for camping.

Hey Charlie,
Trailblaza are located at 50 Grigor St. Caloundra. Ph: 07 54911849.
BTW my name holds no connection to marine life. Make of that what you will.

Dougie,
down there in
Perth you have "the 12 Volt shop" go look at some of the fridges that they recomend, one is made down in the South West and is a good fridge, looks very basic, but works exceptionally
well, I have seen them used up north commercially, the other choice if you want a fridge that woorks in very high ambient temps is the 'Reefer' brand from
Adelaide, they are more expencive with better performance, they specialise in marine refrigeration.

Dougie,
I purchased a 40ish litre Trailblaza about 5 years ago. Norcoast can take a while to reply. However, they gave me an estimated delivery time (some weeks) when I placed an order and it turned up a couple of days early.
It sounds to me if they don't have any shelf stock and they make them as they are ordered.
I'm very happy with my 'fridge. I took the thermometer and 240V power options as
well.
Cheers
Stephen J.Don't die wondering !!
