There were some with early ones, Andrew may know more (Dozer)... I saw 2 getting towed into
Woods Point by an MQ and a Hilux within 2 mths of each other.
But to get the best answer, try the 80scool list tech page
They know their Cruisers...
Or the 100 Series list

Hi Bert
I may be wrong but my understanding is that all the running gear on the 100 series is the same as used on the 78/79 series crusiers (Troopys/Trays)
I have had a 78 series for 3 years without a hassle am just waiting on a new one to be delivered.
I have seen or heard nothing in relation to the front diff problems for any of these series cruisers.
What have you heard ?
Regards
John

John, the turbo diesel & V8 petrol cruisers have independant front
suspension (IFS) and therefore the front diff is different (pun) to the other cruisers & 75/8/9 series.
As a matter of interest I know of a turbo diesel REAR diff letting go at 30K - no towing or offroad - ???
