Suspension

There is an unfortunate but realistic fact about purchasing a new 4WD - it won't come fitted with a suspension system designed to carry the kind of load you'll pack for a serious outback trip.

Hi everyone, just brought another Jack to replace Swmbo Paj. Beautifull vehicle but I am not to fussed on the wide track soft roly poly ride. I would like to firm it up a bit with out making it to hard
What have other people down to firm up their suspensions. My 98 has much firmer suspension. Mind you the soft tyre pressures would not have helped much.

The Pyrenees in November should be a good test track for it ;)

I have had a drive of a Jack with Ironman and did not like it to stiff for my old bones. With this model they went to far in searching for a good ride. A vride similar to the old paj would be good, stiff at the front for good handling andsofter at the back for a good ride.
Might keep the old paj for 4wding lol.
