Hi All
Once again thanks for all your help re 4by and auto v manual.
Son went out yesterday and bought a Colorado 3l Turbo Diesel Auto with flexiglass canopy, side steps, tow bar and roo bar. 3t towing capacity and its a red one so it goes faster too.
I suggested that he join this site and hes going do that too.
He has a birthday at the end of Feb so now we have more options of things to buy him.

Peter. He will enjoy that car it is a good workhorse, they do put out some power so tell him to take it easy, would like to see him round for years to come :-). They are a Bit low to the ground if you go 4 x 4 in the heavy stuff. I got stuck a couple of times and had to winch in heavy sand and deep wheel Rutted Tracks. I put in a Snake Racing 3" lift to solve that problem. Never had any trouble since.
Full Lift kit for birthday about $2800 + fit :-). Cheers Tony

Hi Tony
Yeah he was recalled from
Ravensthorpe Nickel
mine when BHP closed up but was bought back to work near
home on some good dollars..
Now he has been told that
Ravensthorpe will reopen within the next 12 mths so BHP are talking about the construction crew going back to work. After that he will go to the Yandi
Mine up north so all is good.
