Hello Willie - no, just PDA (etc) users. The most recent release version for the PC version was about October last year, though a new development version was released in Dec.
Most of the time you are better off sticking with what you have (assuming it works and no new features added) especially with respect to development versions (or at least keep a copy so you can go back). Updating for the fun of it can sometimes results in lost features/bugs.
I still have two old versions of OziExplorer on my PC that do things current versions dont.
Cheers
Greg
