Coromal pop tops

Have recently purchased a 2nd hand coromal excel 520 pop top having a light bronze finish to the exterior. Unfortunately the aluminium has become streaky for some reason and standard car wash won't remove them. Any ideas other than polishes? Also I have heard from other coromal owners that coromal do not suggest using protective covers as they scratch the finish. Any advice would be appreciated.

Mate,
being streaky, the finish may have been washed with some a very strong cleaner.
The only method I kow of bringing a surface back to new is a light cut and then polish.
Your local paint/panelbeating supplier will be able to help you with the correct products.
