Maybe I am being thick, but I found the lift out for the show to be nearly useless. There is a map of the show with building numbers. Then there is a list of exhibitors which is not in alphabetical order or building number order - it is in stand number order. So to find an exhibit, I have to search through the four columns of names and hope to spot the right name. Then next to that name is a stand number. How do I find that stand? Nowhere on the map provided does it show stand numbers or where they are. So the show is huge navigation challenge.

I thought the Courier Mail lift out a bit useless, but did not think that finding an exhibition stand much of a challenge compared to remote travel.
You could just call the police and say there is a bomb at "xxx" stand, and follow the flashing lights.
Seriously, I thought last year visitors were given a better layout on entry, but I could be wrong.
Cheers, and don't get too lost.

Last years wasnt all that easy to follow either at first. Once we got the hang of the set out of the grounds we were fine.

Common guys, surely you look at everything? The liftout has the free van comp coupon so it is not altogether useless.
I hope to get there for at least one day.
Kind regards

Mike,
Having run a simalar show for six years this is always a sticky issue. All the experts will tell you that this is the way to present the info. Personally I prefer the exhibitors in alphabetical with site number but I know that that system also has some downside.
We just go and walk in and out up and down and hope that we see what we want.

It the modern self-serve way of service. Wander around and find what you like, wander around again to find some one to help you buy it, if your lucky they will be free, pull out your card and charge yourself....awesome.

Like most modern shopping centers and retailers, you make customers walk past things they did not know they needed to get to what they want so they see things and hopefully impulse buy extra stuff.
WOW sight and sound stores are a wonderful example of this their layout is deliberately confusing so you get lost and wander about looking at stuff.
We found the map and information last year hopeless I doubt it will be better this year
