Fuel consumption in Prado 3.0l TDi

Hi all, I have a question about fuel economy in the Prado 3.0l TDi. I would like to know what sort of fuel consumption I might get towing a CT (approx 1300kg) on dirt roads (no sand dunes).
I guess what i am asking is what are you all getting with a similar towing weight on dirt roads. I am planning a trip from
Windorah (Qld) to Tiboobrrra via
Diamantina Lakes NP and
haddon Corner. All up about 1250k's. This would be ok if not towing, but , with a 1300kg CT in tow I am not sure how many extra litres of diesel I need to carry. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, it's the D4D 2008 model Prado.

That should give you some sort of idea.
Witha 2007 Prado D4D, I tow a 1.8t Jayco on the bitumen , keeping to 100kph , and average 13.5 LPK.

Yes it is , the LPK is terminology used by my Scanguage.

To me, and others that DON"T use scangauges, LPK would signify litres per kilometer.

To give you an idea as we have a Hilux, towing your camper on bitumen expect aroud 13 to 15 Lts. per 100 kilometers.
If towing off road in extreme comditions expect upto 35 Lts. per 100 kilometers.

I have a D4D Prado (80k, kms) and have just been
Melbourne-BrokenHill-Tiboburra-Innaminka-
Birdsville-
Coober Pedy-
Port Augusta-
Melbourne, towing an Australian Off Road Odyssey Camper. All up about 1300kg.
I also had a Canadian canoe on the roof. My fuel usage for the whole trip, and it hardly altered at all on the way, was 15.1 to 15.3 lt/100km.
I have 2 spare jerry cans on my trailer and I almost never use them.
