My hot water system which is a few years old and I didn't have a reciept blew a woofle valve (regulator was leaking) and I phoned Coleman. They said bring it over and they would have a look. Reconditioned a newer model for me while I waited.

Another rap for Coleman:
We have owned 3 Coleman 5-position chairs over the past 4+ years - they are comfortable and recline, (so you don't tip into the campfire when you fall asleep :-))).
All 3 cracked one of the plastic arms, which I repaired by drilling holes and using cable ties. But the chairs have a 5 year warranty, so I dug out the receipts, took them back to where I bought them, and they were exchanged for brand new chairs which now have stronger steel arms. The new chairs now have another 5 years of warranty! Coleman stand by their products!
