Has anyone had a problem with fitting aftermarket
suspension on a Hi-Lux, where the steering arm fowls on the U-Bolt on the drivers side front spring? I know there is a forged top ubolt available, but the arm still hits the ubolt at full droop, and locks steering "very dangerous"?

Yep, on a 2 inch lift on both my old 'lux's....you have to have the forged U-bolt, or it won't work. Even then, the steering linkage just misses it by a whisker...
Whoever sold you the
suspension should've told you or included a new set of u-bolts including the flat one...
