I guess this video shows the value of having a
well prepared vehicle being driven by an experienced driver. One lucky fellow there to get out of it alive.

no brains to even attempt that crossing with the water flowing that fast ....even less brains to try to flip it back over AGAINST the water.
some people :-(

Some old tricks in deep fast flowing streams.
Open the doors, jam a heel or something in the upstream door, let the downstream door do its own thing,
With the water running through the vehicle it is less inclined to float.
Get upstream to the top of the bar and come down on a slight angle.
Most of all, try to have an escape route just in case.

If i ever get trapped under water like that, and find out that someone was sitting there doing nothing but filming the situation, please give me his name so i can visit him afterwards.
Why is it that filming a situation like this becomes more important than the safety of the occupants?

Hi Andrew. Guess some one had to show how idiotic they were. Maybe some will learn a bit from it. Here's hoping. Bob

hi andrew qld
do you really think the occupants were concerned about safety issues when they delibrately drive into water like this
and imho i think you'll probably find that the photographer was there for a reason
they were trying more than likely to capture some spectactular footage
of a
river crossing that no sensible person would attempt and it all went horribly wrong bugger ???????????????
and there is a second person standing right next to the vehicle as
well as the one running away so thats 2 idiots plus the camera man
the mind boggles
at what they were trying to achieve
a quick trip to a cemetry???????? maybe ,maybe not?????

hi
after watching the video that i didnt realize at first was it was there
they broke all the safety rules been on the wrong side of a vehicle when they are trying to tip it back on it's wheels and standing up against a tow rope to name a couple
i've seen another video which from memory was the same
vehiclesand accent in a different situation
the way the rolled vehicle entered the water was his major mistake
he drove into the water at 45 degrees facing the rappid current which immediately drowned the motor
the water literally pumped in under the bonnet and then they stayed in the vehicle instead of getting to hell out of it
enough said ?????

Then he jumped on the roof of the last car to cross. Other than the fella stuck in the rolled car the skinny naked fella was a laugh to watch.

Oh I see the problem now....
The guy that made it was in a Toyota, and the dope who got stuck was driving a Jeep.
Draw your own conclusions.

But they had the camouflaged military clothes on. Hoping no one would see them. Real Rambo's. Clowns in more ways then one can count.
